Citing a “substantial increase” in youth vaping this year versus 2017, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Scott Gottlieb this morning announced new steps to address youth e-cigarette use. The FDA gave five tobacco companies 60 days to submit plans describing how they will address youth access and use of their products.
